• The arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator mutually agreed upon.
• The language of arbitration shall be Hindi.
• The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Supaul, Bihar.

Subject to the above, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Supaul, Bihar.
